"October Spooktacular" - Ghost Stories, Music and Baseball was performed on October 7, 8, 14 & 15, 2017. A scary good time was had by all. The audience had a parfait of Music, Stories and Poems. Musical Director, Norm Mosher. Director, Sally Navarro
"The Golden Age of Radio - Murder & Mischief" was presented on August 12, 13, 19 & 20, 2017. A real blast from the blast! The audience enjoyed watching "live radio" performances that included, The Shadow, Burns & Allen, Fibber McGee & Molly, and the Battling Bickersons. Laughs were enjoyed by everyone. "Love Is In the Air" February 12, 13, and 14, 2017. The love songs and skits provided a wonderfully entertaining afternoon and evening on Valentine's Day weekend. The Guild building was beautifully decorated for the holiday and door prizes were donated by Adirondack Aromatherapy, Corinth Wine & Liquors and Meme’s Florist. Also donated were Discount Meals with Tickets including, Rocco’s Pizzeria & Restaurant, Nolét’s Gateway Café, Gold Dragon Restaurant and Village Café & Tavern. Musical Director, Norm Mosher. "Love Is In the Air" performances February 10 - 19, 2017. This celebration in honor of love is a delightful, heartwarming revue including torch songs and love ballads. Bebop With Aesop, directed by Kendra Schieber with Musical Direction by Norm Mosher was a delightful end to the Spring Break Kids' Theatre Camp on April 28, 2016. The youth worked very hard for four days, three hours each day and presented a great show for their families, friends and CTG members. The free performance was held at the Guild building.
A Seussified Christmas Carol directed by Kylee LaViolette and Kendra Schieber, with music direction by Norm Mosher, was performed for the community Hometown Christmas event on December 2 and 3, 2017. Admission price was a donation of childrens' hats, mittens, or gloves or a donation to the Community Cupboard Food Pantry. Robert Biales was featured as "The Scrooge"
2015 Season
"Just the 50s", a musical revue with comedy skits, TV game shows, Ed Sullivan and more, was directed by Sigrid Koch and performed on the Corinth High School stage October 16, 17, and 18, 2015. Photos can be viewed on our home page.
"The Velveteen Rabbit", adapted and directed by Kendra Schieber with musical accompaniment by Norm Mosher was performed at the Theatre Guild building at 6 Fourth Street during the spring of 2015.
2014 Season and Before
"Nudges", an original Musical Play by Norman K. Mosher, and directed by Kendra Schieber, was performed on the Corinth High School stage in November 2014.
"Office Party", directed by Jeremiah Jenkins was performed in Saratoga Springs in 2012.
Several revues including "The Malt Shop", "Stardust", and "Moonglow" were written and directed by Fran Williams and performed at area venues in 2009, 2010, and 2011.
"Grandma Sylvia's Funeral", directed by Fran Williams, was performed at Mollie's Mason Jar Restaurant in Hadley, NY in 2009
"Chicago", directed by Tim McGuire, was performed on the Corinth High School stage in 2008.
"Hello Dolly", "Meet Me in St. Louis", "Noises Off", "The Perfect Wedding", "Guys and Dolls", and "Mame" are just a few of the shows that the Corinth Theatre Guild has brought to area stages in recent years.
Many of these shows featured the late Fran Williams in lead roles (when she wasn't directing). Fran was a past Board President and wrote several revues for the Corinth Theatre Guild as well as directing and acting in many productions
